Perfume Tracker Walkthrough and Tips

Hey! If you’re here, you’ve probably recently gotten my digital Perfume/Fragrance Tracker. Thanks for checking it out- your support means a lot to me!

I'll be creating a video walkthrough soon. For now, here is everything you need to know about your new perfume tracker! Enjoy!

As a quick note, your tracker will say either “Fragrances” or “Perfumes”, depending on which color scheme you ordered. Other than this one word, the trackers are the same.

Index

The index is the home base for your fragrance tracker. Tap any of the buttons to jump to the associated tracker pages.
Fragrances:/Perfumes This is where you can keep track of the fragrances you own or regularly wear.
Samples & Minis: This is my favorite part of the tracker! Organize all your minis and sample size bottles here.
In-Store Testers: Spritzing yourself with something new is the best part of walking through a Sephora or department store. Keep track of what you tried and how you felt about it here.
Empties: Finish a bottle or sample? Nice work! Add it here with some closing thoughts.
Wishlist: We’ve all got one. These are the fragrances you’d like to add to your collection one day.
Help: Just how it sounds! Visit this page for some helpful terminology and links to video tutorials.

"Fragrances" and “Perfumes” Section Details

This is where we get into the nitty-gritty of each fragrance. Add the name, where it’s from, and a photo of the bottle. I like to use the official description of the fragrance, often included on the box, in the aptly named “description” section. Feel free to get as specific or vague as you like when it comes to the fragrance notes. The tenacity rating is for how long wearing the fragrance is. Sillage is the trail of fragrance you leave behind you.

I like to use the notes section to keep track of notable events or memories I wore a fragrance to (like my wedding), things that layer well with it, etc. For example, some fragrances don’t mesh well with a yummy smelling meal. You can bet I’m making a note of that!

"Samples & Minis" Section Details

This tracker has all the same details as the regular “fragrances” or “perfumes” section. I find it really helpful to keep my minis separate from my regular collection, but feel free to combine yours if you so choose!

“In- Store Testers” Section Details

The only difference with this section is that it will ask you where you sampled the fragrance rather than when you acquired it.

“Empties” Section Details

This section gives you a place to put some final thoughts on a fragrance. Did you finish it or declutter it? Would you purchase it again?

“Wishlist” Section Details

The wishlist section keeps it nice and simple. List the name of the fragrance, where it’s from, and the price. Then send to friends and family as a nice hint-hint around your birthday🙂

“Help” Section Details

Here is where you’ll find the symbol key (don’t worry, there are only two). There are also some definitions for fancier fragrance terminology, links to this video walkthrough, and a link to access all my video tutorials. I’ve also included links to the EvergreenPlannersCo socials to help us keep in touch.

Enjoy your new fragrance tracker!

I hope you love your new tracker and get lots of use out of it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you’ve got any questions, comments, or concerns!

xoxo,

Lindsay (EvergreenPlannersCo)
